Recently I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on Denim Jackets and the so called “balls” you need to rock them, so I felt like pushing their buttons even further by explaining the complete F*ck it attitude that is needed of you to wear Denim with extreme confidence…
* Although it’s true that there’s nothing more bad-ass than black leather jackets, but the Denim Vest has to be a close second. Think of classic American Motorcycle gangs like the Hells Angels. Inspiration can come from anywhere.
* The sleeves were personally ripped off by myself. It was a complete Denim Jacket until me and my Bro decided to transform it. Embrace any rips/tears/marks yours might receive within time because, like shoes, it only adds character to it. Denim Jackets should never look new. Nine times out of ten, they’ll look worn in from the minute you buy it anyway…
* It’s a game. It’s all up to you whether you want to mix tailored pieces with rugged pieces and vice versa. In this case, I chose a completely rugged and masculine approach by mixing rough/textured fabrics. Wool Cardigan, Denim on Denim(Jeans not shown), Wooden Jewelry and an Olive Bandanna as a pocket Square. Denim + Bandanna’s = Urban Rebel.

The Miami Heat for the second time in franchise history are headed to the NBA Finals to face a familiar yet unfamiliar foe. The Dallas Mavericks of the Western Conference are much different than the team that choked up a 2-0 lead in 2006. The Eastern Conference Champion Miami Heat are much different than the team in 2006 that won the series.
The Miami Heat are coming off of one of the most controversial seasons in known history in any sport. The celebrations, the erroneous prediction of multiple rings, the infamous “Decision” created this. They are doing the one thing now that they should have done from the beginning which is let their play talk for them.
In a strange way the Mavericks and the Heat aren’t that different as far as perception and predictions by analysts,debators, and nba officianados. Nobody chose the Mavericks and not many chose the Heat to be here in the first run of the Big 3 era.
As a result of doubt,surprising outcomes, the emergence of the next “closer” side by side with the unbreakable brotherhood of the Miami Heat Big 3, and the revenge wave coming from the Western Conference Champion Dallas Mavericks we have a NBA Finals worth watching. Legacies will be made and destroyed and many journeys will end with this run, and the beginning of a new wave of champions will arrive on the scene…… stay tuned this will be a classic
